Last week Innovative Technology, a leading global provider of cash handling technology, exhibited at FER Interazar in Madrid, unveiling its latest revolutionary product, the SMART Coin System, to the Spanish gaming and amusement sector. Operators and manufacturers from across Europe were excited by the significant performance and cost savings that the SMART Coin System delivers.

Launched in February, the SMART Coin System validates, discriminates and stores mixed coins, eliminating coin starvation and the need for multiple hoppers. It boasts a market leading hopper capacity of 1500 x €1 and coin pay-out speed of up to 12 coins per second, perfect for high volume demands. The system’s bulk coin feeder reduces operator refill time by around 80%, reducing a typical refill from 25 minutes down to just 5 minutes, dramatically reducing operator collection costs.

As well as the SMART Coin System, Innovative Technology’s full product range was on display, with lots of interest surrounding note recycling and ticketing products.
