Successful start to 2015 for Innovative Technology at EAG

Having celebrated another year of success in 2014, EAG has ensured 2015 is off to a great start for leading cash handling equipment provider Innovative Technology. From their largest ever EAG stand Innovative Technology had their complete state of the art product range on display and launched their subsidiary InnoPrint to the Industry.

InnoPrint’s Development Director, Chris Robinson said, “After nearly two years of robust development, it is great to finally introduce our products to the Amusement Industry. EAG was the perfect platform for our first official outing. It was fantastic to receive such a profound interest in the products that we have worked so hard to develop. As a group ITL is now able to provide a comprehensive range of cash handling solutions; including validators, recyclers and printing products.”

Chris continued, “We received a lot of interest this year in ITL’s SMART Ticket, which was launched at ICE 2014. Although the SMART Ticket is not an InnoPrint product, its success fills me with pride as I played a key role in its development and InnoPrint was conceived partly due to the SMART Ticket.”

The SMART Ticket from Innovative Technology has the ability to both accept and dispense tickets as well as retaining the full cash handling functions of the high volume NV200 banknote validator. The product has been designed to maximize cash efficiency, and dramatically reduces operator collection costs, eliminating the need for a separate ticket printer.

Innovative Technology’s Senior Business Development Manager, Paul Curley said, “With our largest EAG stand to date we had a very successful show. The show is a great way to start the year and a chance to catch up with industry colleagues, customers and friends. With recent changes to ticketing protocol our printing products proved extremely popular but as ever our core validators the NV9 USB+ and NV10 USB attracted a lot of attention. It was great to see so many of our products within machines across the show floor too. A number of UK customers seem to have concerns over the new £5 polymer note due out in 2016. The show was the ideal place to reassure everyone that all of our validators are well equipped to accept polymer notes. A free currency update will be the only necessary change and we will of course provide more information nearer the time on our website.”

Anyone who did not see Innovative Technology at EAG, will be able to see them at ICE, 3rd-5th February stand N1-550, which will be manned by staff from their European offices.
