BV50 firmware version 4.11 released

A new version of BV50 firmware has now been released 4.11. Firmware is contained within the currency dataset files and is available to download from our website within Technical Support / Currency Download.

Improvements:

• Fixed an issue where notes could be incorrectly rejected due to a dataset issue
• Fixed a reset issue during initialisation
• The device no longer accepts inhibited notes in Pulse interface while low power mode is active

BV20 firmware version 4.11 released

New Features:

• The dataset on the device will be fully checksummed on startup to ensure there are no issues
• Improved recovery on failures during firmware updates

• Alterations to the operation of the start sensor to make it more effective
• The device no longer accepts inhibited notes in Pulse interface while low power mode is active

SMART Hopper - Product Change Notification.

As part of our continuous quality improvements the SMART Hopper anti-static contacts have been redesigned to replace the current brass contacts with a single plate. Please see the product change notification document at the end of the bulletin for more details.

A new attractive rainbow bezel is now available for the NV9 USB note validator & NV11 note recycler and can be purchased as a spare part PA01144. The rainbow bezel leaves the factory preset to illuminate and automatically cycles between 6 different colours: Red; Yellow; Green; Cyan; Blue and Magenta. The bezel is suitable for all horizontally mounted applications and compatible with SSP, ccTalk and MDB protocols. If specified when ordering, the bezel can be set to illuminate in just one colour.
