I am proud to work for a company which has such a positive attitude towards helping people train and develop themselves, particularly for people at the start of their working lives. I joined the business many years ago as a student intern and now as a team leader I get the chance to guide (and hopefully inspire) more students into a career in STEM.

What I thought was going to be 2 or 3 projects has turned into a 10 year one. We have an active social team organising various events throughout the year, whether it be go karting, a day at the races, paint ball or many other activities, there is always plenty going on!

I initially joined on a Year in Industry placement before rejoining as a Graduate Data Scientist. ITL has given me the tools to further my personal growth and knowledge in the field, whilst learning from the expertise of those around me. It’s a great place to push forward my ability, whilst having a strong support system around me

I’m always impressed with ITL’s willingness to let me work on new things and develop. Actually knowing colleagues in other departments makes a difference. ITL has an impressive community feel given the size of the company.

Every day is different. I head up the marketing team so I get to work with all parts of the business and I really enjoy the variety of my job. I regularly use our on-site staff gym facilities and like a game of pool at lunchtime with my colleagues.

My initial year placement gave me invaluable experience, an insight into industry and allowed me to work on a large variety of projects. I was delighted to be supported throughout my final year at university and be offered a full time role. I’m looking forward to developing my skills further and seeing what future projects may bring.
