Group Managing Director

Peter became Group Managing Director in 2017 having previously been Development Director where he was an instrumental part of innovative initiatives. Peter joined the company in 1996 and has been responsible for product development and the product roadmap since 2005. As Managing Director, Peter oversees the company’s strategic direction and the day to day management of the group.

Chairman

David is the founder of Innovative Technology and has served as Chairman of the Board since 1992. An inventor and engineer, he has a wealth of cash handling experience having worked in the industry for over 50 years. Prior to establishing Innovative Technology he founded and held board positions with a number of leading cash handling companies. David has lead and chaired a range of local and industry bodies supporting innovation, mechanical engineering and commerce.

Mustapha Hadj-Ahmed

Group Sales Director

Mustapha leads the Group's global sales and commercial activities and has a wealth of international sales experience. He joined Innovative Technology in 1996, becoming Sales Director in 2001 and Group Sales Director in 2012. Mustapha has over 20 years’ cash handling industry experience and has overseen the delivery of a number of key projects for Innovative Technology, including establishing the business as a leading provider of cash handling technology across Southern Europe and South America.

TJ Crowley

Operations Director

TJ was appointed Operations Director in 2009 having joined Innovative Technology in 1998. He has over 30 years’ engineering experience in [high] technology operations, encompassing roles such as Test Development Engineer and Production Engineer. TJ has day to day responsibility for all areas of Innovative Technology’s global operations, including engineering, manufacturing, quality control, logistics and customer support.

Group Finance Director

Tom was appointed Finance Director in 2014. He has extensive commercial and financial experience across different business sectors. Prior to joining Innovative Technology he held a number of senior finance positions, spending ten years in accountancy practice and six years in industry. In these roles Tom was responsible for a wide range of strategic, operational and corporate finance projects.

Marcus Tiedt

Sales Director - Gaming, Amusement & Vending

Marcus has been with Innovative Technology since 1998 and in 2007 took on the role of Sales Director for the gaming, amusement and vending sectors. Prior to this he set-up and was Managing Director of Automated Transactions, a subsidiary of Innovative Technology, establishing the business as a leading provider of cash handling solutions across Central and Eastern Europe. Marcus has extensive industry knowledge having worked in the sector since 1994.

Sales Director - Retail & Kiosk

Tony joined Innovative Technology in 2012 as Sales Director for the Retail & Kiosk sectors. He has more than 20 years' sales experience in the cash handling industry, gained across a range of sectors and geographies. As well as sales and business development he has broad experience across engineering and operations. Before joining Innovative Technology Tony held a number of senior sales positions within the industry, including Sales Director and VP of Sales & Business Development EMEA.

Development Director

John was appointed Development Director in 2016. He joined ITL in 2007 as a Mechanical Design Engineer working on the first SMART products and has been promoted three times within the Research and Development Team. John is passionate about engineering and manages a team of creative engineers responsible for product development. As Development Director John plays a guiding role in all aspects of continuous improvement and new product development.

Development Director - Innoprint

Chris was appointed as Development Director - InnoPrint in 2013. He joined ITL in 2006 as a Design Engineer and has been promoted three times during his time with the company on his way to Development Director - InnoPrint. In his role Chris is responsible for the new product development and the day to day running of the ITL subsidiary company InnoPrint.

Quality, IT and Systems Director

Paul was appointed Quality, IT & Systems Director in 2017 and is responsible for various areas of the business including IT, Test, Field Service and Customer Returns. Paul joined ITL in 2011 as IT Manager and was promoted to Director of InnoServ a subsidiary company before taking up his current role. As Quality, IT & Systems Director Paul is responsible for the company’s IT Support Services as well as overseeing our Quality, Test and Customer Returns departments.
