Innovative Technology Ltd. (ITL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Customer Support Engineer, Juan Rodriguez who joins their growing Barcelona office. Juan will work closely with ITL customers across Spain and the surrounding area providing technical expertise from day to day troubleshooting enquires through to product installation.
Juan brings over 3 years’ experience as a project engineer / quality technician in the industrial sector and joins ITL’s growing worldwide customer support team.
Juan commented on his new position, “Since starting at ITL, I have had an exciting couple of months learning about the cash handling industry and the background of the company. I am pleased to have joined a company that is the market leading provider of note validators in Spain and am very much looking forward to supporting our customers with their cash handling requirements. The Spanish office is growing significantly and I am excited to join the Barcelona team. Later this month I’ll meet colleagues from all of our international offices at ITL 25th anniversary celebrations in the UK!”
