Innovative Technology Ltd (ITL) is pleased to announce UL approval for another of their SMART products; the multi-coin hopper and recycler, SMART Hopper.

 

To obtain UL certification ITL has had to comply with all of UL’s strict safety requirements including; fire, shock risks and other UL regulatory codes. UL is a globally recognised standard and is of particular importance in North America where ITL have recently opened a new dedicated sales office in Wisconsin. 

 

Material Scientist, Afqad Arshad who headed up the UL project commented, “We are thrilled to have received UL approval for our SMART Hopper. We hope to achieve this standard with more of our core product range and processes are already in place to accomplish this.”

 

Having recently opened a dedicated US sales office in Wisconsin Innovative Technology are taking steps to further improve their market share in the US, Mexico and Canada. VP of Sales & Business Development for the Americas, Rebecca White commented on the impact the UL rating would have on Innovative Technology’s market position. “The UL approval reinforces the quality of our multi-coin hopper and recycler the SMART Hopper and independently proves the confidence we have in our products. This announcement significantly strengthens our position in the global market and reinforces our status at the forefront of the cash handling industry.”

 

Alongside ITL’s new Americas office the company has a network of local Trading Partners to help support their product range of innovative cash handling equipment: coin hoppers; bill acceptors; recyclers and ticketing products and their expansion into wider markets.
