We are pleased to announce the appointment of two new Customer Support Engineers based at our UK Head Office in Oldham: Ian Johnson & Dan Humble.
Andy Bassam, Customer Support Manager said of the appointments, “Ian and Dan have a strong cash handling background and have fit straight into the team, providing telephone and email support. Ian has over 21 year’s experience in technical, customer facing roles and Dan has been in a technical support role since graduating. We pride ourselves on the level of service and support we provide at ITL and with an ever expanding product range and customer base the appointment of Ian and Dan assures we can assist customers worldwide with implementation, updates and servicing.”
An exciting time for Innovative Technology Dan and Ian join the company as building work is well underway on a new 36,000 ft2 office building with state of the art facilities for up to 150 staff on the Innovative Business Park at the UK Head Office.
