ECB approval for Note Validator Range
We have once again received independent approval from the European Central Bank (ECB) for our note validator (NV) range. The ECB authenticate validators that successfully recognise the difference between genuine and counterfeit Euro banknotes. Our NV9 USB+, NV10 USB+, NV200, NV200 Spectral and the new NV9 Spectral all received a 100% pass rate during testing at De Nederlandsche Bank in Amsterdam in July.
In October The Treasury announced that the £50 note will stay part of UK currency with a new polymer design. The new £50 note will feature a prominent British scientist, the Bank of England has announced, with the public being asked for nominations. The Treasury hasn't yet announced what the timeline will be for introducing the new £50 note.
