Innovative Technology Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of James Beswick, Graduate Support Engineer who joins the UK division of their global technical team.

James recently graduated from Lancaster University with a 2,1 degree in Mecatronics Engineering. Having settled straight into the team, James is providing assistance to customers via telephone and email. He has already represented the company on numerous customer visits, including a recent business trip to India.

Customer Support Manager, Andy Bassam said, “James has joined ITL at an exciting time following a period of unparalleled growth. We take customer care seriously and have expanded our global support team significantly over the past two years, to provide an optimum level of service worldwide to our expanding global customer base. We are always looking for experienced technical support staff. By appointing a recent graduate we can provide a real opportunity for James to gain on the job training and industry experience whilst adding a fresh way of thinking to our support team. Although James is just out of university, he did gain some vital work experience last year during a summer placement in Scotland, this excelled him above other candidates during interviews. We are now looking for another graduate to join our team here in Oldham, as well as a more experienced member of support for our new office in Milton Keynes and our Hamburg office.”
