Davide Giusti joins ITL as Customer Support Engineer

Innovative Technology Ltd. (ITL) is delighted to announce the appointment of Davide Giusti, Customer Support Engineer in the company’s Italian office. Based in the Milan office, Davide will provide technical support to ITL’s customers worldwide but specifically across Italy.

Davide joined ITL shortly after completing his studies in a number of mechanical and electrical fields, during which time he attended schools in both Italy and the USA. Davide has been with the company since October 2015 and has quickly become a key member of their global technical support team.

Regarding his appointment, Davide said “I’ve been lucky to experience so much of the company so early on in my career here. During my first couple of weeks I travelled to the corporate headquarters in the United Kingdom to undergo training. I met all of my UK Technical Support colleagues and completed training to improve my product knowledge, so that I can provide the highest quality of support to customers. Within a month I had attended my first tradeshow, Retail Forum in Milan and it was great to represent the company, meet key customers and gain a perspective on the industry.”

Customer Support Manager Andy Bassam, “Davide works closely with Business Development Manager, Stefano Mandelli in our Milan office to ensure that our Italian customers receive the best possible service. His role involves a lot of customer visits, assisting with new product installations, training and providing day to day phone and email support. Our global Customer Support team has grown significantly in recent years with representatives across Europe, North America and Asia to ensure we can assist all customers worldwide. We are pleased to have Davide on board.”
