Innovative Technology Ltd warrants the performance and operation of it's Banknote Validators and Bill Acceptors for 12 months, under normal use conditions, from the date of the original purchase.

Your product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12-months while owned by the "original purchaser" as defined below.

“Original Purchaser” is defined as that party or entity which purchases Innovative Technology products from an authorised Innovative Technology distributor as shown by the original sales receipt. This warranty does not apply to previously owned validators.

In the event of a defect in material or workmanship covered by this warranty, Innovative Technology will repair or replace, at its discretion, without charge, the warranted validator within a reasonable amount of time. Handling and shipping charges will apply and we reserve the right to require damaged parts to be returned to us upon request. This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse or modification.
