Innovative Technology Ltd (ITL) is delighted to welcome Laura Parker to their Sales Support Team, based at the Head Office in Oldham, UK. Laura joined ITL in August as Sales Support Administrator and is responsible for processing orders, tracking shipments, account management and other general customer sales support activities.  

Commenting on her position Laura said, “The main reason I joined ITL was because of its international status and the fact that is it is expanding itself constantly. Its head office is still in Oldham after 25 years and it’s great to see an organisation growing on a global scale whilst keeping a local feel. I am enjoying learning about our extensive product range and being the first port of call for our customers, responding to their sales needs.”

Laura Mackie, Sales Support Executive said, “Laura has plenty of sales experience gained in similar sales roles which she brings to ITL. Laura takes pride in her approach in dealing with customers and is always happy to help. Record keeping for large organisations like the NHS has given Laura the essential attention to detail and accuracy skills that are required for this role.  I look forward to working with Laura, helping her grow our customer base both in the UK and overseas.”
