Innovative Technology Ltd (ITL) are proud to announce its latest innovation, the NV200 Spectral; a revolution in bank note validators. The NV200 Spectral has received independent validation from the European Central Bank (ECB), Bank of England (BoE) and the Central Bank of Russia (CBR).  The banks grant approval to validators that can successfully recognise the difference between genuine and counterfeit banknotes. The unit passed all three tests with flying colours and could find all required security features, correctly identify them, and reject all manipulated notes.

Dr. Matt Strong, Technology Director states, “We are obviously delighted with the outcome, and in particular with the CRB test due to its notoriously stringent requirements. Passing the bank tests proves the high level of performance which the NV200 Spectral has and gives the unit independent credibility; it really is the most technically advanced note validator in its class.”

The NV200 Spectral will be officially launched at ICE Totally Gaming in 2017 stand N1-430 and is sure to be a hit amongst the industry. Highly secure, state of the art spectral sensors offer complete note image scanning with over 4.8 million datapoints captured to authenticate the validity of notes. The unit boasts 99%+ first time acceptance of new and street grade notes with a note to note processing time of 2 seconds and includes new optical anti-strimming technology that delivers outstanding fraud protection.

Innovative Technology Ltd (ITL) will be joining industry professionals at the Retails Big Show in 2017, the USA’s largest retail exhibition. ITL will have their innovative range of retail cash handling products on display at the event which takes place in New York City from 15-17th January 2017. Visitors can find ITL in the first-time exhibitor zone at booth 708 where they will proudly outline their retail product range and demonstrate their newest product, ‘TEBS’, a Tamper Evident Bag System. 

TEBS utilizes the company’s flagship NV200 bill acceptor and boasts add on recycler and ticket printer modules for extra functionality. Once cash has been inputted into the TEBS unit, it remains untouched by human hands until it has reached the bank or corporate sorting office, creating a secure closed loop accounting system. TEBS allows full traceability of cash, so retailers know the exact amount collected, reducing cash shrinkage. ITL expect a lot of interest in their TEBS unit at the show where they will display a whole range of innovative cash handling products for the retail sector.

ITL’s SMART Coin System, a state of the art bulk coin validator, mixed coin hopper and recycler in one will also be highlighted on their booth. The unit validates, discriminates and stores mixed coins, keeping cash registers operational and eliminating the need for multiple hoppers.  

NRF will kick start the year for ITL and their booth 708, will be manned by staff from their US, UK and German sales offices.

The ITL stand will display the company’s full product range of innovative note handling, coin handling and TITO solutions and will be manned by staff from their European offices. Highlights for the Amusement industry will include the popular NV9 USB+ note validator with enhanced sensing technology and it’s add on modules the NV11+ for note recycling and the NV12+ for TITO capabilities. Visitors can see ITL’s full product range at stand 410 and this year’s show will be used as a platform to outline their newest service, Live Ticket+.

Live Ticket+ is a unique, integrated TITO implementation service offering from subsidiary InnoPrint, supported by Innovative Technology and InnoServ. Live Ticket+ is the complete solution for any Gaming and Amusement operators wanting to implement a TITO (Ticket in – Ticket out) system within their business.

Innovative Technology’s annual sales conference took place this week with staff from around the world travelling to the UK Head Office for the 3 day event. Sales staff from the UK, Spain, Germany, Italy, Czech Republic, North America, China and Australia came together for the annual conference to review the past 12 months, share experiences, opportunities and plan for 2017, which is set to be another exciting year for the company.

We have grown significantly over the past few years and it’s important to put plans into place detailing where we want to go next year and how we will get there.
