Please retain your order confirmation email from the Innovative Technology On-line Store and quote the order number given in future correspondence. Once an order has been processed and the correct payment authorised, goods will be dispatched as soon as possible (stock allowing) via the selected UPS shipping method. If goods are not received within 7 working days of order (excluding UK Public Holidays) please contact the UK Head Office (detailed below) quoting the order number provided. Innovative Technology's On-Line Store Returns Policy is valid for 7 days from receipt of an item. To return goods simply follow the process detailed below: Please contact Innovative Technology Head Office on +44 161 626 9999 or via email sales@innovative-technology.com to request a returns number. Pack the item(s) securely and return to the address below - Please enclose the original sales invoice and clearly indicate the given returns number. Please detail why the goods are being returned and if a refund or replacement is required. Please note Innovative Technology Ltd reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not include an official returns number.
