Innovative Technology have held a strong position in Spain for many years and have been working with partners and key contacts to increase the number of service centres to better support their customer base. The total number of service centres now in operation in the Spanish territory is 9, plus a team at ITL Spain’s own office in Barcelona.  Regional Service Centres can be found in Lugo, Vizcaya, Zaragoza, Madrid, Murcia, Jaén, Málaga, Tenerife and Las Palmas giving extensive coverage across the region. 

Business Development Manager, Antonio Rodriguez, based at the ITL Spanish office,​ commented, “We are working very productively with all of our Regional Service Centres and have given all the teams extensive training to enable them to service a number of our products such as the NV9 & Note Float, NV10, NV200 and SMART Payout. They are all doing a fantastic job and maintaining close relationships with key Spanish Operators and ITL customers in both the GAV (Gaming, Amusement & Vending) and RKB (Retail, Kiosk & Banking) sectors. Because we have Service Centres in key locations throughout the region no matter where our customers are located we can give a local, speedy and efficient service. A fast turnaround ensures waiting time is reduced to keep machines operational.”

Innovative Technology Ltd. (ITL) will be returning to Venditalia in June 2018 to display their range of cash handling products to the Automatic Vending sector, including their latest innovation – the NV9 Spectral.   The exhibition is being held on 6-9 June at Fieramilanocity in Milan in Italy.

ITL have had a strong presence in Italy for decades and with their own dedicated office in Milan they can offer sales and service support to the local market.  Innovative’s latest validator, the NV9 Spectral, will makes its debut to the Italian marketplace and will be the key focus on the ITL stand, along with several other products with applications in the vending industry.

Stefano Mandelli, Business Development Manager in Italy, commented, “We are excited to showcase our latest innovation, the NV9 Spectral, to the Italian vending market. The NV9 Spectral is a highly secure and technologically advanced banknote validator, with state-of-the-art spectral sensors which provide high resolution imaging, scanning 1.28 million data points to authenticate the validity of notes.The first version of this product, the NV9, is already well-used in Italy and because of its modular design it can be combined with a recycler (NV11) which can store and recycle up to 30 notes.  Visitors will also be able to demo the NV10, a compact, stackerless banknote validator, which accepts over 100 different world currencies making it ideal for vending applications.”

Stefano concluded, “Italy is a world leader in vending machine production and exports are high. The country is currently seeing a huge rise in the number of automatic vending machines which represents a great opportunity and key area of growth for us. Venditalia is an important event in the ITL calendar and this year’s appearance at the show will help us build on our dominance in Italy and expand our reach even further. The team from the ITL Italian office will be available to demonstrate products to visitors and answer any questions on stand C39 in Hall 3.

AVA Membership for Innovative Down Under

Innovative Technology (Asia Pacific) Pty Ltd. are delighted to announce that they have recently joined AVA – the Australian Vending Association. AVA was established in 1967 and since that time has been representing the interests of the vending industry in Australia.

The Association is made up of vending operators, equipment manufacturers, product suppliers, service suppliers, distributors, consultants and educators.  They lobby for legislative monitoring and action and provide an industry voice promoting the interests of the Australian Vending industry. 

Scott McLennan, Business Development Manager Australia said, “We are pleased to announce our membership of AVA and intend to use this as an opportunity to keep abreast of the latest developments as well as networking opportunity with fellow industry members. A successful few days were reported by Innovative Technology Ltd (ITL) at RBTE last week, where they showcased a select sample of their retail products.  Key talking points on the stand were SafeCash Collect (with TEBS) and NV200 Spectral. TEBS (Tamper Evident Bag System) uses Innovative’s market leading NV200 note acceptor and, when combined with live data and reporting (Live Collect), a full audit trail is available linking multiple machines for further efficiencies.

Summarising the show, Paul Curley, Senior Business Development Manager said, “Our thanks to all the visitors who came along to the ITL stand last week at RBTE. SafeCash Collect (SCC) and its ability to eliminate shrinkage, reduce cash in transit (CIT) collection costs and maximise cash handling efficiency attracted interest from visitors at RBTE.  As did our NV200 Spectral - the most technically advanced note validator in its class. RBTE followed another successful London retail show for Innovative - Retail Risk at the end of April where ITL retail products where showcased to a large gathering of risk management professionals.
