INNOVATIVE Technology Ltd (ITL) announced that APEX will use their state-of-the-art SMART Coin System in their next generation AWP's APEX Germany GmbH was created to form a key partner for the German slot machine industry and is part of the APEX group of companies, an international manufacturer and operator of gaming solutions based in Austria. ITL is a leading cash handling equipment manufacturer with its head office in the UK and eight further locations ensuring a worldwide presence.

It checks and records each individual coin for accounting purposes when it is deposited, paid out, refilled and cashed. The exact coin levels are always known, and the best payment method can therefore be guaranteed, all with mixed coins and at very high speed.”
