Nurturing Future Talent

At Innovative Technology we appreciate it can be difficult to make decisions about your career and further study, which is why it’s important for us to support and nurture Future Talent.

We offer a range of opportunities including Graduate positions, Industrial placements, 3 month summer internships and summer/work experience across STEM related disciplines. True to our values, we have a ‘collaborative’ approach, where our students will be trusted with real work and responsibility from the outset, giving a real insight in the life at Innovative Technology, and therefore your prospective career.

We understand that undertaking any work experience isn’t always easy, but providing the best experience, you’ll be challenged and encouraged from day one. You’ll be part of a team of talented Scientists and Engineers who day to day inspire each other.

Helpful to know:
The majority of applications for work at Innovative Technology include an online application and telephone interview, then a face to face interview with the hiring manager and someone from People & Resourcing.
3 Month Summer Internship, Placement and Graduate roles may also include a technical exercise.

Careers Fairs & Career Talks

As a business we frequently attend events giving us an opportunity to meet directly with students to support and promote Engineering & STEM related careers. Nurturing our Future Talent and being able to meet with them directly is a great way to gain their interest in the early stages.

It also enables us to gain feedback from students that are growing up with technology that is shaping our industry whilst at the same time it helps us promote our brand to the wider student network.

The majority of the events we attend are in the autumn, but we attend career talks throughout the year – you can find out more by viewing our annual event calendar here: Events page
