Friday 27th June was Ed's final day of his yearlong Industrial Placement with ITL. We are pleased to welcome Jonathan Nadin, Graduate Electronics Engineer back to ITL. Jonathan completed a 12 month Industrial Placement with us back in 2012 and then returned to the University of Manchester to complete his final year. ITL sponsored Jonathan throughout the final year of his Masters Degree which encompassed a number of modules included Digital Image Processing, Tomography and Wireless Communications. Innovative Technology’s note validators have once again received European Central Bank (ECB) approval for their ability to recognise genuine and counterfeit Euro banknotes.   The NV9 USB, NV10 USB & NV200 banknote validators were all tested at the De Nederlandsche Bank, Amsterdam last month and gained 100% for their ability to accept genuine Euro banknotes and reject counterfeit Euro banknotes. We celebrated our 3rd Queen's Award in style on Friday night with a party for all of ITL's European staff. We were joined by special guest The Lord Lieutenant of Greater Manchester who presented David Bellis MBE and Aidan Towey with the award (as pictured above).
