UK Returns Procedure

How to return a unit for repair
As part of Innovative Technology’s policy of continuous improvement, we are aiming to enhance the service provided by our Returns Department. In order to process returns in a time efficient manner, we ask that a returns number be obtained before any goods are returned to Innovative Technology.

Items sent with an official returns number we aim to deal with the returned item within 10 working days of receipt. Items retuned without a returns number will take longer to process.


Returns Procedure
1. Contact ITL to obtain a returns number detailing what product are to be returned and the full return address. 
2. Pack the items securely. Be sure to include your contact details, delivery address and a brief description of why the items are being returned. 
3. Clearly mark the returns number on the outside of the package. 
4. Send the package to:

5. On receipt, Innovative Technology will aim to process the returned items within 10 working days. A large quantity of items may take longer.

The current prices of repair/refurbishment is as follows: NV7, 8, 9, 10 - £15

For re-programming only, there is a standard charge of £10 per unit.

· In the unlikely event that the items require a replacement PCB, the charge will be increased. If details have been provided, Innovative Technology will contact you to inform you of the new cost of repair.
