UK Update July 2010 - £20 Elgar Note Removal

GBP datasets - Elgar £20 note removed
As of May 4th 2010 all GBP currency datasets have the £20 Elgar bank note removed from the dataset as standard. The latest datasets for our current product range are available to download from the Innovative Technology website – Support / Currency Download.

 

The Bank of England withdrew the £20 Elgar note from circulation on 30/06/2010.
It is now time to remove this Elgar £20 banknote from all of your bank note validators.

DA3 Programming Unit
To ease the update process a pre-programmed DA3 can be purchased set for the removal of the £20 Elgar note update. Simply email:  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  stating ‘DA3 Pre-programmed for £20 Elgar removal’.

£20 Elgar Note Removal Data Card (for use with DA3)
If you already have a DA3 you can purchase a ‘£20 Elgar Removal’ Data Card containing all of the necessary information for this update. The data card contains all of the necessary firmware and dataset information to update any NV7 / NV8 / NV9 / NV10 / NV9 USB / NV10 USB using either GBP02, GBP06 or GBP09 currency dataset files.
