I’ve been working as a Software Engineer in ITL’s Development department since 2014. The work I do mainly focuses on bringing ideas for new products to life. Developing these new ideas requires input from not just the Software team but both the Electrical and Mechanical Engineers too. We work together to convert these abstract concepts and ideas into real, tangible products.

However, my work is not over when a product is completed, as one of the key aspects of my job is to support products once they make it to release. This support often comprises fixing any issues that may occur and adding new features to improve the user experience. Again, providing support is a collaborative effort, with our department working directly with our Technical Support team to provide the best possible service to our customers. This is one of the best aspects of my job – I get to work with a diverse range of people to tackle a variety of challenges, ensuring that each day is never boring.
