NV9 Spectral firmware version 1.14 released

A new version of NV9 Spectral firmware has now been released, 1.14. Firmware is contained within the currency dataset files and will be used on new sales orders.

Feature Highlights:

• Multi-Note Float will now only operate on NV9 Spectral revisions 7.1 and higher (please see hardware changes section below)

• Payout speed optimisations

• Improved payout jam recovery

• Gives “note path open” instead of “unsafe jam” when unit is opened

• Improved handling of unsafe jam and rejecting events

• Fixed false fraud events

NV200 Spectral firmware version 4.24 released

A new version of NV200 Spectral firmware has now been released, 4.24. Firmware is contained within the currency dataset files and will be used on new sales orders.

Feature Highlights:

• Added support for alternative semi-conductors – Revision 9 hardware (please see hardware changes section below)

• No longer falsely triggers a PSU monitor event

• Improved power up recovery with Spectral Payout note levels

NV200ST firmware version 4.61 released

A new version of NV200ST firmware has now been released, 4.61. Firmware is contained within the currency dataset files and will be used on new sales orders.

Feature Highlights:

• Improvements made to stacker full status

SCS firmware version 1.31 released

A new version of SCS firmware has now been released, 1.31. Firmware is contained within the currency dataset files and will be used on new sales orders.

Feature Highlights:

• Support for alternative semiconductor’s

• Payout flap now only toggles at power up when hopper levels are 0

A new hardware revision of NV9 Spectral, Revision 7.1, is now released.

• Scissor mechanism retention improvements.

• Rear pinch wheel and diverter spring force amendments

NV200 Spectral Rev 9

A new hardware revision of NV200 Spectral, Revision 9, is now released.

Feature highlights:

• Support for alternative semi-conductors. Firmware 4.24 must be used and is backwards compatible

• Part changes to improve dust ingress
