Our Opportunity

InnoServ was formed in September 2015 to provide a range of services and solutions to support customer products including software, installation, support and repairs.

This is a great new job for a Field Service Technician from the gaming sector, to join a highly successful company with an ethos focussed on innovation.

You’ll be responsible for installing unique ticket in ticket out (TITO) machines to a broad range of UK customers and amusement with prizes (AWP) sites.

 

Your role

  • Efficiently install the TITO products to the bespoke customer requirements, within agreed timescales
  • Ensure products are fully operational before leaving the site and liaise with the UK Customer Support/IT Teams to resolve issues and for ongoing advice
  • Provide product training to individuals with varying levels of expertise
  • Achieve technical expertise on the product range and networking
  • Provide daily updates to the Team Leader on project status
  • Extensive UK travel and regular overnight stays

 

Qualifications:

Any previous experience in a similar field, desirable

 

Skills & Experience

  • Full UK driving license required (vehicle provided, for work purposes)
  • Excellent technical, gaming knowledge of AWP and peripherals
  • High level of PC skills, communication protocols and IT support tools
  • Hands-on approach installing technical products
  • Experience interfacing peripherals to computer hardware
  • Self-motivated with the drive to provide first-class customer service

  • £22,000-£27,000pa, depending on experience
