ITL set to showcase their range of cash handling and ticketing products at EAG 2018
January sees the return of EAG International 2018 which will take place on 16th - 18th January at ExCeL in London. The leading cash handling equipment provider, Innovative Technology Ltd. (ITL), will be showcasing their extensive cash handling and ticketing product range for visitors on stand number 404.
 
ITL will have many of their key products on display at EAG International including some of their latest ticketing solutions. They will be introducing the new RP-80 printer as well as showing the well-established NV12+ compact validator and printer.  Also, for the first time at EAG 2018 ITL will be showcasing their flagship product – the NV200 Spectral.

TITO is a hot topic in the industry now and we have seen a definite rise in ticketing enquiries over the last 12 months at Innovative Technology. ITL will be showing their field proven NV12+ compact validator and printer which dramatically reduces operational costs by eliminating hopper starvation and reducing cash handling tasks. Its modular design combines an NV9 USB+ banknote validator with a high-performance printer unit and integral barcode reader, delivering a market leading ticketing system.  In addition, their latest high performance 80mm roll ticket printer, the RP-80, will be on display at the show. The RP-80 is a standalone, compact roll printer and is ideal for the FOBT and sports betting segment as well as redemption terminals. Developed and designed in a direct response to customer requirements, it allows extra-large paper rolls with a flexible roll mounting and is eliminating ticket jams. It’s unique print mechanism also ensures tickets are fully printed inside the machine before they are released.
 
Andy commented, “Some of our long-standing validators such as the NV9, NV10 and NV11 will be available for customers to see on the stand.  In addition, for the first time at EAG 2018 we will be showcasing our flagship product – the NV200 Spectral. NV200 Spectral is the most technically advanced note validator in its class. State of the art sensors offer complete note image capture (highest spectral coverage) to authenticate the validity of notes. The unit boasts 99%+ first time acceptance of new and street grade notes with a note to note processing time of 2 seconds. We are very proud of the outstanding fraud protection it delivers by using optical and mechanical anti-strimming technology.”
 
Dan Humble, Lead Customer Support Engineer concluded, “As well as showcasing our main products we will also have a new Technical Support zone on the ITL stand. We recently set up a dedicated telephone number (+44 161 507 1818) which goes direct to our Technical Support Team in the UK and we wanted to use EAG to offer customers a separate area where our technical support representatives can help with any currency updates, dataset downloads or FAQ’s.”

2017 Annual Sales Conference marks the end of a successful year
This week Innovative Technology’s Annual Sales Conference took place at the UK head office in Oldham with sales staff from around the world gathering for this three-day event.  Representatives from Spain, Germany, Italy, America, Czech Republic, Brazil, China and Australia all met to mark the end of a successful year in the ITL calendar.  Sales staff shared experiences, targets and looked at plans and projections for 2018. 
 
Mustapha Hadj-Ahmed, Group Sales Director said “The annual sales conference is a great way to bring the entire sales team together to review the past year and look ahead to the next. It has been an exciting 2017 for us as we celebrated 25 years in the cash handling industry this year.  We also received the 4th Queen’s Awards for Enterprise: Innovation 2017 earlier in the year which is the UK’s highest accolade for business success and we are very proud to join an elite group of companies. In addition to celebrating these two significant accolades we are experiencing a significant, sustained period of growth globally, which has allowed us to increase our staff, expand the number of trading partners to extend our reach in more locations and grow our product range.  We have also invested substantially in our staff – training and developing our greatest assets are vital to our sustained success.”
 
Mustapha concluded, “We have a very exciting year ahead for 2018 with many new products launches planned throughout the year.  Some will be next generation improvements to our much-loved core products as well as brand new innovations that will cement our position as one of the market leading providers of cash handling equipment. ITL have launched their new high performance 80mm roll ticket printer, RP-80. This standalone, compact roll printer is ideal for the gaming and sports betting market as it reduces ticket wastage and ensures efficient printing performance.  

The compact RP-80 offers outstanding features and benefits and provides excellent value for money. One of the main benefits it that this standalone ticket printer can be fitted into existing applications due to its flexible mounting options, making the RP-80 a valuable investment. In addition, it’s fast print to present speed, large roll ticket capacity and customised ticket design makes it a versatile and user-friendly ticketing product.

The new roll ticket printer is ITL’s latest product designed and manufactured to meet the changing demands of the market.
