I joined ITL in 2006 as a Repairs Technician and have worked with all of our products including the old NV2 and NV4 models. While repair was my main focus I did some technical support jobs every now and then and became the first dedicated support engineer in Germany in 2008.  If I reflect on the products back in 2006 and now, it astonishes me where we are today with the SMART Ticket or the SMART Coin System, just to name two examples. When the SMART Hopper and SMART Payout were released in 2009 I played a key role supporting customers implementing our products into their machines. I travel a lot now and have seen places  I probably would have never seen in my life if I wasn't working for ITL. Since 2014, I have held a leading role within the global technical support team and support key customers from the Gaming, Amusement and Vending Industries.
